These terms describe use of the Lyrical Video website and studio operated by RV Anveshana LLP. Use the tool responsibly and only with material you are authorized to edit and publish.
The guides provide product information and general creative guidance. They are not legal advice, a platform approval or a license for any song, lyric, image, clip, logo or font.
Your content and permissions
You remain responsible for the source material you import and the videos you publish. You must obtain necessary permissions for recordings, compositions, lyric text, imagery, video, graphics and fonts. Attribution alone does not necessarily grant publishing rights.
The current local editing workflow does not transfer ownership of your imported material to the operator. Conversely, using the studio does not grant rights to third-party content. Do not use the service to infringe rights, violate applicable law or impersonate others.
Browser capabilities and export behavior
The studio depends on your browser, device resources, graphics support and media codecs. Not all inputs or export configurations work on every device. Unsupported conditions can fail explicitly, and resource guidance is not a guarantee of available memory or successful completion.
Standard memory MP4 and fragmented direct-disk MP4 have different memory and compatibility characteristics. Verify final files in the intended destination. An export success is not a guarantee of a third-party platform's acceptance, quality assessment or copyright treatment.
Your responsibility for local work
Editable projects persist in your browser profile, not in a cloud account supplied by this studio. Keep your own project packages and source files. Clearing browser data or changing profiles can remove local work.
Review your destination before saving. Cancellation or failure can take time to settle when native work is already in progress, and a file may remain after a final commit. Inspect the result rather than assuming cancellation deletes a user-owned file.
Website content and service changes
Product availability and functionality may change. The site is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, universal codec support or fitness for every production workflow. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Do not interfere with website delivery, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent affiliation with RV Anveshana. Parent-site links and third-party resources are supplied for context; their services and policies are separate.
